The difference between home health services (visiting nurse/physiotherapy/occupational therapy/speech-language therapy) and home care nursing services is the level of medical care.

Home health services require professional medical skilled services that require a doctor’s order. (professional medical skilled services include physician, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and professional nurse services)

Home Care services are welfare services and include non-skilled services. (This includes daily life assistance, bathing, meal preparation, walking, mobility assistance, simple housekeeping, conversation, etc.)
